9kg Full Comfort Winter gear list capable of going down to -15C for a 1 Nighter

Rucksack : Zpacks Arc Haul 70lt 100 ultra material (618gms) plus 2 water bottle pockets and 1 x Bonfus pocket that i have on the top of my right shoulder strap with emergency 1st aid and toilet paper and emergency whistle and silver blanket.

Exped 40 stuffsack/pump sack ( extra waterproof liner to protect my down gear)

Tent : Durston X Dome (1kg) (On this occasion) 16 Easton pegs 12 x 9 inch and 4 x 6 inch

Waterproofs/windproofs : Rab Phantom Jacket/hoody & Trousers (Only use these if heavy rain is not expected otherwise they will get overwhelmed)

Sleep system : Light AF Mat , Nemo Tensor Extreme Conditions mat (624gms), Cumulus Custom Panyam 650 sleepoing bag with 35/65 fill (1038gms). Enlightened Equipment Enigma Apex 5 Degrees C Climashield Quilt (500gms) . Sea to Summit Aireos pillow and Big Agnes pillow.

Base layers and Insulation : Cumulus Mountlite down jacket (365gms), Rab Argon down trousers, Senchi Hoody 90gms HH Sun hoody, Fairpoint Alpha direct leggings. Montbell Down booties, Montane Prism gloves, merino wool beanie. Buff neck hose (winter type). Thick Smart wool spare socks.

Gloves : Showa Temres 282 lined and breathabke waterproof gloves, Decathlon Forclas liner gloves that are phone screen compatable.

Cook system : Soto windmaster stove with igniter and Tri flex stand and Fire Maple Petrel 600ml Pot , Sea to summit long handled spoon, Sea-to-summit collapsable mug.( I use the lid off a Toaks 750mug as a lid for my FP Petrel pot ). Winter gas cartridge.

Water carry : 2 x 1 litre Evernew collapsible water bottles. 1 X 750 ml bottle on my shoulder strap and 500 ml bottle on the other shoulder strap.

1st Aid Emergency : Army field dressing for major cuts. Small field 1st Aid kit with plasters and small bandages , 4 x Soutures for closing cuts and some paracetamol and anti inflamatory tablets and repair kit for tent and sleeping mats. Garmin 7 Fenix pro watch with emergency alert function. Whistle on my shoulder strap and silver emergency blanket. Small penknife and spare mini bic lighter.

Sufficient toilet roll and a couple of wet wipes.

Lighting and Electricals : EVERYTHING IS FULLY CHARGED THE DAY BEFORE AND PUT ON STANDBY MODE Petzle Bindi headlamp , I have a torch on my Garmin Fenix 7 watch. Goal Zero lamp/torch (68gms). Nitecore 10,000mah power bank, Flextail Zero Pump, Tiny transistor radio ( Amazon) usb C cables Samsung phone and charging cable. All are contained in an Alp Kit fleece lined food pouch.

Food : 1 Dehydrated main meal , 1 large sandwich, 200gms of mixed nuts, pack of Haribo sweets, large double snickers bar, 4 cup o soups, Drinking chocolate and teas and coffees

Small insulated sit mat

Walking poles : Black Diamond FLZ Distance carbon poles.(not included in weight)

Bloc Sunglasses protective case with sinner sunglasses

I DID NOT INCLUDE WATER IN THIS WEIGHT ONLY THE EMPTY WATER BOTTLES

ALSO If the conditions dictate you are most likely going to be wearing Crampons, Goggles and carrying an ice axe which i havent included on this list or as pack weight because there are so many personal preferences and brands to choose from with quite a diverse price range.
