Guanyin Mountain Forest Park is a 488 meter high mountain in Dongguan, China and it boasts the BIGGEST Buddhist Guanyin statue in the world. I kept calling it a Buddha statue, but it's not technically a statue of Buddha.

It is a huge statue though (108 feet), and some claim it's the largest Guanyin on earth. Well, at least the source that I read said that. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be conflicting facts and comparisons on the net, so I can't say for sure.

What I can say for sure is that the hike up the mountain was extremely difficult and I will never do it again!
