Dear Viewers,

Thank you for showing interest for „The Angel of Peace“ Op. 69 No. 1 which I now release in honour of the 100th year after the Apparitions of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of Fatima, Portugal.

It is told that three shepherd children of Portugal, Lucia de Jesus dos Santos and her cousins Francisco and Jacinta Marto were first approached by the so-called Angel of Peace in 1916 who foretold the coming appearance of Our Lady in Fatima the following year in 1917 to be at the Cova da Iria in Fatima, Portugal. To this I wrote „The Angel of Peace“ for voice and piano which I premiered singing and accompanying myself at the organ in the Royal Abbey of Alcobaça, Portugal in a ceremony held in September, 2016 which commemorated the 100th Anniversary of the Apparitions at Fatima of the Angel of Portugal and Angel of Peace.

Now with this film I am in deepest gratitude to the soprano Carmela Konrad for her sublime rendition, to Vittoria Theresia Mozzi for her divine art which she painted with great devotion over half a year especially for this film, to Michael Dellefant for his photos of exceptional quality and to Vincenz Suter for his most expressive film making.

I hope that this video will be shared and that it may bring moments of peace.
