hands-off exercise in generative rhythms & percussion, no. I (Eurorack modular, 8/25/24) {iRig Duo}

This paraphonic Eurorack modular synthesizer patch showcases electronic generative rhythm and percussion, made with no digital audio workstation (DAWless) and with no manual intervention. The Expert Sleepers FH-2 (offscreen) provides a clock and shift registers to CuteLab Missed Opportunities, Mystic Circuits Vert and Klavis Mixwitch. Verbos Sequence Selector and Mixwitch perform sequencing of control voltage and additional gates for triggering the XAOC Batumi and Zadar, and the Addac 506. The modules providing voices for the track comprise Verbos Amplitude & Tone Controller, CG Products XR22 VCO FT, Vermona TwinCussion, and Flight of Harmony Plague Bearer. All signal paths converge on the 4MS Listen Four Quarters for mixing and external output.

Additional modules include SynQuaNon Envelope Follower-Gate-Trigger, Tokyo Tape Music Center Tokyo Gate, Timo Rozendal Jerkster, IME Kermit, Omsonic Vegan Squid Axon, Happy Nerding FM Aid, Zlob Dual VCO, Plankton Nutone, and Make Noise Moddemix. Audio and video recorded on Samsung Galaxy S9 with iRig Duo at 16 bit / 44.1kHz.
