Need to boil
✨ 2tbsp sugar caramelized
✨1/2 cup water
✨1/2cup tutti frutti
✨1/4 cup black raisins
✨1/4 mix nuts
,✨1/2 cup sugar
✨ 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
✨1/4 ginger powder
✨1/4 nutmeg powder
✨ 1/4 Butter
For the cake batter
✨1 cup all-purpose flour maida 250 grm
✨1tbsp cornflour
✨1cup milk
✨1 spn lemon juice
✨1 tsp baking powder
✨1/2 tsp baking soda
✨1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
✨1/4 cup almonds, chopped
✨1tbsp milk powder
Icing sugar(for dusting)

Process
1. In a saucepan, sugar for caramelized
2. Now add tutti frutti, raisins, mix nuts, dry fruits ,. cup sugar ,cinnamon powder ,ginger powder ,nutmeg powder and Butter boil for 10 minutes.keep this aside
3. Pre-heat the pan an 8 inch rectangular cake pan with parchment paper.
4. In a bowl whisk together milk,and lemon juice.
5. Now add in the dry ingredients- all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda , cornflour , milk powder
.
7. Gently fold in the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined and no large flour pockets in the batter remain. Do not over mix at this stage.
8. Keep a small portion of the soaked dry fruits aside and fold in the rest along with the chopped walnuts and almonds in the batter and transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan.
9. Add the soaked dry fruits on the top of the cake as well.
10. Bake at 180C for 50-55 minutes or only until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
