Freebird Shaver Not Working Not Turning On: 3 Reasons

The reasons why the freebird shaver is not turning on when you press the power button.

1. Battery problem

The freebird shaver uses a 3.7V 102627 rechargeable battery. To identify whether the battery is in good condition, use a multimeter to measure its voltage output. Anything far below 3.7V indicates that the freebird shaver's battery is unhealthy and a battery replacement is needed.

2. Motor not working

To identify whether the motor is working, I connected 3 pieces of AAA batteries in series to give an overall output of around 3.6V. The batteries I used are Duracell rechargeable batteries that output 1.2V each. Then I connect the 3.6V obtained from the batteries directly to the freebird shaver's motor. If the motor is in good condition, it should start working.

3. On/Off button and PCB problem

Test the on/off button and inspect for any sign of burning on the PCB.
