About Revive Outdoors:

Founded in 2020 by Taylor Philpot after the heartbreaking loss of his daughter, Revive Outdoors (501c3) was born from a journey of healing, faith, and a deep connection with the outdoors. In the midst of grief, Taylor found solace in nature and a renewed relationship with the Lord. Determined to turn his pain into purpose, he launched Revive Outdoors to share the healing power of the outdoors with others.

Since the fall of 2020, we have:
✅ Mentored 372 first-time adult hunters
✅ Witnessed 52 salvations
✅ Helped connect 110 individuals to mental health services
✅ Grown to a dedicated team of over 30 volunteers

At Revive Outdoors, we go beyond hunting—we create life-changing experiences that combine conservation, mentorship, and faith. Before each deer and turkey season, we host a Hunting 101 Workshop, equipping new hunters with the essential skills needed to navigate the outdoors safely and successfully. Upon completing the workshop, participants qualify for a 1-on-1 Mentored Hunt, where they spend the day applying their newfound skills in the field.

More than just a hunting experience, these mentored hunts serve as an opportunity to build genuine relationships, assess where individuals are in their walk with the Lord, and guide them toward their next steps—whether it be salvation, connecting with a local church, seeking mental health support, or joining our volunteer team.

Our mission is clear: to make a positive and eternal impact through conservation.
