Releasing and Healing the Seer’s Wounds

In this mini-masterclass I share two techniques for working with the Laguz rune of water, the unseen and rebirth for healing your Seer self. The Seer is the intuitive, instinctive, perceptive and sensitive part of us that is perpetually over-stimulated in today's world. We need it to make wise, aligned decisions in the moment. We need it to resist the perpetual pull of conditioned responses, other people's issues and a dis-connected world. You'll need a glass of water and somewhere comfy to lie down.
