Hareesh Peradi, a popular actor who works predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil films, has gained a place in major discussions inside and outside the cinema world. The actor has come out with his latest revelation that he is getting only a few opportunities in Malayalam now.

The actor on Friday took to Facebook to share a picture with Actor Dhanush. According to Hareesh Peradi, he is now taking up various roles in Tamil cinema including the role of father, brother and villain of those award winning artists in Tamil movies. He also added that it was all because of the lack of opportunities in Malayalam cinemas. The actor is spending most time with Tollywood actors and eating Pongal prasad with them.

His Facebook post reads: Due to the lack of opportunities in Malayalam cinemas, I am taking up roles of father, brother and villains of artistes who have won national awards once or twice. Also I am living here peacefully by eating Pongal (porridge). All Malayalees reading this, Please pray for me ... I will not be able to sleep without your blessings for sure.

Harish Peradi is an actor who has embarked on his acting career through his theatrical performances. Apart from Malayalam, he has appeared in other language films in the lead roles along with leading heroes. Hareesh Peradi made his film debut in 2000 through the Malayalam blockbuster hit Narasimham. Harish played the role of a friend of the main character Induchudan played by Mohanlal. Later he appeared in serials including Kayamkulam Kochunni. The actor is appearing in an upcoming Malayalam movie Kannante Virunnu. His Kombu Vecha Sinkamda and Memories are set to release in Tamil.
