For mild pain, you can take drugs like paracetamol or if the pain is a little more in severity, moderate severity, then you can take a drug, along with paracetamol, you can also take containing ibuprofen, this can be used for pains like if you have an injury or sore throat or headache, these drugs can be taken in the recommended doses. If the pain is even stronger or sever in intensity, then we prescribe certain stronger dugs like tramadol or opioid like drugs like morphine. But these drugs are generally reserved for very severe cases of pain and they have to be strictly given under prescription and supervision by a medical practitioner.
