日本100名城 国宝「松本城」"Matsumoto Caslte" , National Treasure of Japan, One of Japan's 100 best castles

長野県松本市にある松本城を訪れました。
松本城は、16世紀初頭に築かれた深志城が始まりとされています。松本城は平城で、本丸、二の丸、三の丸ともほぼ方形に整地されています。五重六階の天守は現存天守として国宝に指定されています。白漆喰と黒漆で塗り分けられた天守は、美しく堂々とした佇まいで、その内部の急な階段を上ると最上階まで行けます。また、天守内部には武具や甲冑などの展示もあります。

I visited Matsumoto Castle in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.
Matsumoto Castle is believed to have originated as Fukashi Castle, built in the early 16th century.
Matsumoto Castle is a flatland castle, and the honmaru, ninomaru, and sannomaru are all roughly square-shaped. The five-story and six-floor castle tower is designated as a national treasure.
The castle tower, painted in white plaster and black lacquer, has a beautiful and imposing appearance, and a steep internal staircase leads to the top floor. Inside the castle tower, there are also exhibits of weapons and armors.
