【OUTDATED】Kagamine Rin - All Voicebanks Speech Comparison

Описание к видео 【OUTDATED】Kagamine Rin - All Voicebanks Speech Comparison

I looked around to see if someone had already made a video with rins voicebanks and this vsq and found nuthin .. so I guess I'm doin it
I love rin with aaall my heart and I wanted to see which voicebank sounded the best to me !! I don't really like V4X all that much, mostly because she sounds very different from ACT1 I find ACT1 waaay more iconic, but I know that ACT1 isn't a great voicebank so I was hoping to see if I could find a balance ^_^

Takeaways:

ACT1: yep definitely choppy. her vowels are very short for whatever reason?? im not sure if its because I rendered this in V6 (which any V2 isnt supposed to be in but I used vocareg to smuggle her and the other V2s in) or if its because thats actually how her voicebank is. Maybe I'll re-render the ACTs and Append in V2 to see how they sound there because I've heard V2 sounds different in upgraded editors. However, I've heard some amazing tuning with ACT1 despite her choppiness, so maybe I'll use her occasionally :-)

ACT2: pretty much the same as ACT1 actually, except for the fact that she constantly sounds like she's under a blanket. I guess her pronunciation was fixed a little which is good, but her "ko" sounds like "po" for some reason 😭😭 I could probably fiddle around with the parameters to lessen her muffled sound, though

Append (Power): Yknow what I said about V2 sounding bad in other editors. yeah forget that because for some reason Append sounds fine??? Maybe that's because the Appends were made close to the start of V3. I'm kind of leaning towards using this voicebank.. even if she doesn't sound much like ACT1

V4X (Power): V4 and append sound very similar to me, but I feel like V4 has bad volume control. Her higher notes sound much louder than the lower notes, and I noticed this while trying to make my living millennium cover; I had to make the verse louder than the chorus because she was so quiet in the low notes 😭
