The first, and the name sake, of three films from 'All Change at Evercreech Junction', a set of documentaries focused on the Somerset and Dorset railways. These railways, that were heavily serviced by steam locomotives, spanned between Burnham, Bath and Bournemouth, where the Evercreech Junction intersected these lines. This documentary looks into the operations of these steam locomotives and the fate of the Evercreech Junction, 20 years after it was axed by Dr. Beeching in 1966.
