Enjoy this INTENSE advanced primal movement workout that will challenge your strength, mobility, and athleticism. This session is designed for experienced primal movers who want to put their skills to the test.

This follow along workout takes 20 minutes which includes a full warmup, a 3 round workout and a cooldown. Each round introduces new progressions so this workout will keep you engaged and challenged.

It’s all bodyweight training so no equipment needed and you can do this at home, at the park or at the gym.

This session is a nice flow of animal movements, calisthenics and rotational ground movements.
