RECIPE
Macaroni Cucumber Salad (from Kaylee Eichelberger)
MAKE HALF THE RECIPE!
2 boxes ring macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups cabbage, shredded 10-16 oz pkg
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 green pepper, chopped (I used a red pepper, less bitter)
¼ onion chopped finely, optional
Dressing:
2/3 c sugar
2 c miracle whip
¼ c vinegar
