FFXIV: ARR - Garuda Extreme Mode [Dragoon/Monk] Strategy/Guide

Heya guys! I'm back, this time with a Garuda Extreme Mode guide! This guide is specifically catered towards Melee DPS jobs like Dragoons and Monks.. I feel this fight is extremely unforgiving for Melee jobs. Preferably, completely avoid Dragoons or Monks unless they're fully confident and know the Wicked Wheel rotations
