BJP candidate from Meerut Lok Sabha seat Arun Govil appealed to the voters to exercise their right to vote and called it a duty towards the nation.“I want to appeal to everyone that everyone must vote. This is our duty towards the country. Voting is our right”, said Arun Govil. Polling is underway at various places in the country as over 15.88 crore voters will be determining the fate of 1202 candidates in the second phase of the seven-phase Lok Sabha elections. The second phase of polling is underway in 88 constituencies across 13 States/Union Territory.
