Check out our Lucario build to counter the 7 Star Event Ice Type Inteleon Tera Raid. We used this build to capture Inteleon the Mightiest Mark. This is an easy and simple soloing build and guide. We think Lucario is one of the best counters for Inteleon. We are loving these events in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Clear Amulet was a game changer for this build. Inteleon's Tearful Look reduced our original Lucario build's attack to the point where we barely did any damage. We swapped out our Metronome for the Clear Amulet then we were home free. Inteleon uses Snowscape for + 50% defense and Mist to prevent its stats from being lowered.

Lucario Build
Nature: Adamant (+ Atk, - Sp. Atk)
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Sp Def, 4 Hp
IVs: All perfect except Sp. Atk
Ability: Justified
Tera Type: Fighting
Item: Clear Amulet
Moves
Drain Punch, Swords Dance, Detect, Meteor Mash

Strategy
Use Detect once
Use Meteor Mash once
Alternate between Detect and Drain Punch until Inteleon nullifies the stats on your side of the field
Use Swords Dance twice
Use Drain Punch until your HP is full or within 15 HP of full
Terastallize
Use Drain Punch until you win
If you get knocked out, use Swords Dance twice then continue using Drain Punch
