Please join the CSIS Renewing American Innovation Project and LeadershIP on November 8th from 3:00pm-4:00pm ET for a special discussion with CSIS Adjunct Fellow (non-resident) Emma Hsu to discuss her latest report Manufacturing beyond Shores: The Taiwanese Checklist Approach to Intellectual Property Protection.

Ms. Hsu is an Asian market entry analyst and PhD candidate at the University of Hawaii focusing on technology transmission and the intersection of state, elite, and civilian power. Her report draws on the Taiwanese experience of working with Chinese firms and focuses on nonlegal measures for Intellectual property (IP) protection in light of declining predictability in the Chinese legal system.
