Recipe:
Chocolate Malt Cake:
Ingredients:
Sugar 130 grams
Oil 65 grams
Yogurt 65 grams
Egg 1
Coco powder 20 grams
Flour 113 grams
Baking powder 3 grams
Baking soda 3 grams
Water 80 grams
Ingredients of Frosting:
Milk Chocolate 500 grams
Cream cheese 375 grams
Cream 500 grams
Chocolate malt powder 150 grams
Method:
Sprinkle sugar, oil, yogurt, eggs and water well in a bowl. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl. Now mix the mixed dry ingredients in a yogurt mixture and put the prepared batter in two 7-inch molds. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a hot oven at 160 °C. Let it cool off by taking it out of the oven. Melt the country chocolate to make frosting. Add cream cheese, cream and chocolate malt powder to the melted chocolate. Refrigerate the frosting for a while. To assemble the cake, scrub the cake sponge from the sugar syrup. Apply a layer of cream between the two sponges and frost the cake. If the frosting is set, decorate and serve.

Orange Mousse Short Glasses:

Ingredients:
Fresh orange juice 200 ml
Sugar 50 grams
Egg yolks 2
Gelatin powder 5 grams
Whippy Cream 150ml
White chocolate 100 grams
Orange Food Color 1- 2 drops
Method:
Cook a little orange juice and sugar in a pan. Then mix the egg yolks and remove them from the stove. Whisk the whip cream and melt the white chocolate and mix it in the cream. Now add gelatin and remove the moss in the short glasses and let it set. Decode the moose before serving.
