After bidding farewell to my first love (for coffee machine), the Breville Barista Pro and deciding to move on to doing more videos on the Bambino, it came back again.

Not the machine that I had just sold off last week, but it actually belongs to my friend Matthew, whom is returning to the states today.

I am now in a dilemma whether to keep it or sell it as this is an agent set which still have a good 8 months warranty on it. I also got to know Matthew through the Barista Pro and actually this has some sort of a sentimental value.

Anyway, moving on. Today we are going to dial in the beans with the Bambino Plus using the Eureka Mignon Specialita as the grinder.
