We reviewed our experience flying KLM in World Business Class, during covid pandemic. Although the A330 got its seats upgraded in 2018, the seat configuration is not competitive. The 2-2-2 configuration is not friendly for the window seats, without access to aisle and small width - 25,5cm. The cabin crew service was just ok. The service is similar as before pandemic, but with limited options on food and drinks.
