Ingredients
1/2kg Blue Marlin Fish Meat
2cups Coconut Vinegar
1/2 pc Tabon-tabon
1pc Suha
4pcs Chili
2pcs Siling Labuyo
1thumb Ginger
2pcs Onion
1 1/2Tbsp Salt
5 Stalks of Spring Onion
1/2 Tsp MSG

Procedure
*Scrape some of the the Tabon-tabon
meat and add a few teaspoon of
coconut Vinegar

*Press the Tabon-tabon meat until juice is extracted. Set aside

*Cut fish meat into cubes

*In a bowl, Add fish meat, 1Tbsp Salt, and Tabon tabon juice

*Wash the Fish with the Tabon tabon juice.
Drain. Do this quickly and don't overdo.
Otherwise, you'll end up cooking the fish.

*Add all the sliced Ingredients, mix well

*We added 2Tbsp Calamansi juice

*Add 1/2Tbsp Salt and extract juice from suha

*Add the remaining coconut vinegar, mix well

*Add MSG and chopped spring onions, mix well

Now it's ready to serve
