Update: These days Jan-Hendrik-Müller's addon "CSV Importer" is better for importing CSV data into geometry nodes. It is available for free through the blender extensions platform (https://extensions.blender.org/add-on....

In addition, I believe that Blender 4.5 is going to have an import csv node that comes by default.

Original Description:
This is a walkthrough for importing and using CSV data directly in geometry nodes in Blender. It covers both 3D mesh data (which would work for topography scans as well) and also shows how to import and setup graph data for animations.
