Menendez Brothers Resentencing: D.A. Recommends Parole

The #MenendezBrothers may be resentenced for the brutal murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez. The D.A. has recommended that Erik and Lyle Menendez be eligible for parole "immediately." A judge will ultimately be in charge of making the decision as to whether the brothers will be eligible for parole.
