This is a three visit compilation video. In the first visit, Dr. Rahim consulted, examined and reviewed the patients full spine X-rays. Dr. Rahim found misalignment and nerve pressure at S3 in the sacrum, T2 in the thoracic spine and C1 in the cervical spine. One of the factors that distinguishes the gonstead method from other chiropractic methods is that the upper thoracic spine is able to be adjusted in the seated position.

In the second visit, patient reported feeling lighter and less pain and was able to sleep better than before. Dr. Rahim continued to adjust her S3, T2 and C1.

In the third visit, patient continued to report feeling lighter, less back, knee and neck pain and feeling happier. Dr. Rahim found misalignment and nerve pressure at L3 in the lumbar spine, C1 in the cervical spine, T6 and T3 in the thoracic spine. In addition, Dr. Rahim found a posterior rotated tibia (knee) and a bulging lateral capsule of the knee. After adjusting and clearing the spine of nerve pressure, Dr. Rahim prepared the knee by reducing the lateral capsular bulge and adjusting the posterior tibia in the prone position.
