Step #1 – What matters is who ends the conversation
A lot of the time women find it difficult to reach out after they’ve completed a 21 to 45 day No Contact period. Women tend to believe that reaching out first were actually wrong. Where actually what matters most to making an impression, isn’t about who starts the conversation but who ends the conversation.

So, a lot of my clients argue the fact they should reach out first, they say, he should be reach out to me, he broke up with me, he should be the one putting in the effort. The thing they fail to realise, really, reaching out first doesn’t hamper your chances if you’re the one ending your conversation first. Especially if the conversation is going great and you leave at the “High Point” and each conversation you end at the most satisfying point. Each conversation quality will improve.

Step #2 – There is brilliance in brevity
If you’re reaching out, and trying to get a response from your ex, the think this is their one-time chance. What they fail to realise that there is a brilliance in brevity. Less is More

Don’t focus on so much on making the conversation last, what you’re trying to do after a No Contact is just bridge a cap for conversation. Re-establishing a connection and get a positive response and short conversation. Ending the conversation first.

Step #3 – Craft a text message around their interests
What most fail to do is think about things from their exes perspective. When you engage your ex about a conversation, it should be mutual interest or engage your ex in a topic that your ex is rabid about. Topic of your message about one of those things, where you find your ex is more engaged in the conversation. Much better than generalized or small talk.

Step #4 - The curiosity hook
The overall template of the first conversation you should have with your ex after the No Contact Rule. The first thing you should do is send your ex a text with an embedded curiosity hook, ideally if your hook is creating enough mystery they would respond in a positive way. The goal here is to have a small, quick conversation and it’s your job to end the conversation prematurely so that you leave your ex wanting more.

But it all starts with a Curiosity Hook. So, what is a curiosity hook? It’s a text message that can hook your ex with an aura of mystique.
