At this moment I'm traveling solo through mainly Guatemala for 5 months. I'd love to share how I'm doing eating a plant-based diet while traveling in Central America. I started a vegan challenge in April this year and decided to continue this beautiful journey. I visited Mexico half November, so stay tuned for more backpacking videos!
