It's so strange thing but when we make eye contact in a regular mirror within seconds our eyes stop communicating naturally, tending towards just staring back. Many of our expressions just don't work backwards so we stop doing them. The thing is this is how we know ourselves since childhood, and it's just different than what's actually real, and it's missing many of our elements of our personality, or energy, and our current state of being. We just don't know who we really are and mirrors .

In contrast when one looks at their eyes in the true mirror, because they're not backwards, they function and communicate naturally, in real time and continuously. Expressions actually look correct, so it's possible to keep doing them, thus enabling the person to see and know themselves as they actually are, in the moment. Over time this translates into much better sense of self, many subsequent improvements in self-awareness self-understanding, self-esteem, self-realization. Turns out that it's only the mirror itself that's causing many anchors towards our full appreciation and development of ourselves
