So it turns out, you can actually play past the scripted "fadeout" point as the rovers approach to drop off troops. This can be loaded via the checkpoint selection debug menu. Press "LT + Select" to open this menu and click "Into the Shadows" to load the last section of the mission. This section is a bit broken however and hard to navigate without markers telling you where to go. There's a door that is present that doesn't open and requires you to noclip through it to continue the last section of the mission.
