for exple i have a N channel mosfet and our circuit need a p channel mosfet at the time P channel mosfet not available , so we need this knowledge
as you can see i have tow mosfet irf 740N and j449 the irf 740N is a N channel mosfet. Simple and easy diy electronics projects make at home.
and j449 is a P channel mosfet We tset with same Led and same supply ,,,,, friends as you know
