VW Golf MK7 replace reverse bulbs with LEDs

How to remove broken reverse light bulb in Volkswagen #GolfMK7 (5G) Variant and replace it with #LED. Reverse bulb type is W16W, it uses T15 holder but you can also try using T10 type. LEDs are brighter and output nicer light color which will match your license plate lights, DRLs, and approach lights, making the whole illumination consistent. I used set of W16W LEDs from Aglint.
Check your national and local regulations, as replacing exterior lights with LEDs might be against the law.
