Hi guys I filmed this place last July and it was freshly vacated or not long vacated after the owners sold up to the developers. It is now demolished and a new project of units is going up which I show in the beginning. This place was built in 1925 and is bungalow style although it has seen some amazing renovations and additions added to it which make it immaculate and still so new and fresh. It seems the owners sold for $1.2 million and just got the hell out of there! lol. I provide some nice real estate pics toward the end also. Hope you enjoyed :-)
