Once you practice the set up and move through the menus, setting up these mics are a piece of cake. They have easy to read illuminated displays. The included microphones sound surprisingly good for a kit in this price range. Some of the microphones I own by Sennheiser cost more than this entire kit. I really like the BONUS GOOSE NECK Mic. I find the BONUS GOOSE NECK Microphone to be a versatile accessory to have in your Mic Kit. The Transmitters and Receiver are constructed out of a rubberized plastic that will not fall out of cold/wet hands on a bad weather day. Each wireless transmitter comes with a belt/pocket clip to make hanging it on things a snap. I think this is a good wireless system for the entry level to mid-range level blogger, documentarian, film maker or someone who needs a general purpose wireless microphone system. The receiver will output true STEREO through the 3.5mm x 3.5mm cable included or through and optional 3.5mm to XLR Y connector which is optional. I purchased the system because I needed something smaller than my present wireless system that was not heavy and I could move around with quickly. It definitely served my needs and I will continue to update my review here.

The reason I gave it a 4 star rating and not a 5 star rating was due to the fact it did not meet my full expectations on distance. That said, how can you expect a $300 wireless set of non diversity radio microphones to match a set of wireless costing 4 or 5 times the price? Maybe I am just spoiled, but basically they did their job
