ingredients :

ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹಣ್ಣಾದ ನಾಟಿ ಟೊಮೆಟೊ / well riped desi tomato - 1 kg ( wash and wiped )
ಬ್ಯಾಡಗಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ / byadagi chilli - 20
ಗುಂಟೂರು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ / gunturu chilli - 20
ಹುಣಸೇ ಹಣ್ಣು / tamarind - orange size ( 100 gram cleaned )
ಸಾಸಿವೆ / mustard seeds - 2 tsp
ಮೆಂತ್ಯ ಕಾಳು / methi seeds - 1 tsp
ಜೀರಿಗೆ / cumin seeds - 1 tsp
ಕರಿಬೇವು / curry leaves - 5 strip
ಎಳ್ಳೆಣ್ಣೆ / gingelly oil - 200 ml or ( ground nut oil )
ಉಪ್ಪು / salt - 2 fistful ( 100 gram )
ಇಂಗು / hing - 1/2 tsp
ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆಗೆ ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಕಾಯಿ / seasoning chilli - 6
