One of the fastest ways to improve your golf swing is by using simple, immediate feedback — and a mirror is one of the best tools you can use.

In this video, I demonstrate the “See & Check” mirror drill, where you:

Make two practice swings while watching yourself in the mirror

Switch your focus back to the ball

Recreate the same motion

Then check the position again in the mirror

This process connects what you see with what you feel, which is how real swing changes are made. Instead of guessing, the mirror gives you instant feedback so your brain can start recognizing correct movement patterns.
