They do headliners specific to Sunroof Models, 2/4 door, M3/nonM3, even E28 and E10! Combine the great prices for hte material with the instructions from this video and you can have your own headliner for relatively cheap!

Just keep in mind that for this to be a QUALITY build, you'll need to remove a lot of trim, including your rear windshield.
