Have you ever wondered what it's like to live in Corona del Mar? Located in the heart of Newport Beach, Corona del Mar has every coastal joy imaginable! You are surrounded by beautiful beaches: Pirates Cove, Little Corona and Big Corona. You are just north of Laguna Beach and Newport Coast, and you are actually part of Newport Beach itself! Right here behind us in the video is the amazing Newport Harbor, with 8 islands and 9000 boats! Corona del Mar is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in all of Southern California. There is such an incredible variety of architecture in Corona del Mar. It is known for a wonderfully eclectic style in terms of homes. You will discover everything from Beach Bungalows, to Custom New Builds, to Cape Cod, to soft contemporary! The price points range from just over $1M for a condominium to over $30 million dollars for a custom new oceanfront home! A really fun fact about Corona del Mar is that they named all of their streets after flowers! So right now we are right by Iris. But up by Fashion Island you have Avocado and Begonia and down in the southern part you have Poppy. So it makes it easy. If you get lost and you know the street names, you know that alphabetically you can go north or south! Homes on average here in Corona del Mar range from about 2500 to 4000 square feet. They can get as low as 1000 square feet and as high as 8-9000 square feet, which typically would be a double lot. There is a great walking path behind me to Little Corona beach. There are incredible tide pools down there which are so much fun for kids to explore! It's so much fun! You can roll your Yeti down to have a picnic. And beyond its beaches, what is Orange County famous for? It's shopping! Just north of Corona del Mar is Fashion Island! Here in the village of Corona del Mar you have everything at your fingertips. Great restaurants, design shops, bridal shops (Ryan's wife bought her wedding dress in CdM). It is a fantastic area to shop and browse! Also, have you wondered what it is like to live in Cameo Shores? There are 170 homes in the community and it located on the southern tip of CdM! They are all terraced so that you have an incredible ocean view. You look out over the ocean and you have access to two private beaches!
