After figuring out the right way to deal with the phases, the boss ended up being really easy and quick to kill.

Note: This is the way we did it. Other groups might have other styles and later after everyone is fully geared, these mechanics wont matter anymore.

PHASE 1:
Stack on top of the boss after the pull. Let it cast the totem spell, and kill the totem with cleave attacks.
Use 3 Interrupts to interrupt the "Molten rain" as quickly as possible to increase dps and ease healing.
Let the boss throw someone into the stew, and spread out a little bit to avoid taking too much damage from the next "Molten rain"
Dodge the "Molten rain" AOE, and after it stack on top of the boss so the totem will spawn close. Kill it with cleave again.

PHASE 2:
Phase 2 will start with AOE damage and disarm. Find your weapon quickly and get ready to interrupt every single "Devour Flesh" (Nom nom nom) cast. DPS the boss at the same time. Eat the meat only if the boss is going for it - to prolong this phase as much as possible.
Be sure to rotate your group's interrupts. Use only one per cast.
If you run out of interrupts, make sure that you eat the meat before boss does.
Phase 2 will end after you run out of meat, and Phase 1 will start again.

Extra info:
Try to kill the boss during Phase 2, because after Phase 2 the boss will spawn twice as many totems with each cast - and the fight will get harder the longer it lasts.
