Salt, as per taste
Water
Local herbs : Lemon basil ( Mayangton ), fish mint root, phakpai, onion , coriander leaves for garnishing

(2)Sougri Thongba / Kangsoi/ Roselle leaves stew:
Sougri / Roselle leaves , 1 &1/2 handfuls
Hooker chives, a handful
Chopped Onion, a handful
Ginger slices, 1/2 inch
Half slit Green chilies , 7/8
Dry fish & prawns , a handful
Ngari, 4/5
Water as per requirement
Salt as per taste
Chopped coriander leaves

(3)Korot Akhabi Ngouba / bitter gourd stir fry
Bitter gourd, 1/2 kg
Onion, 1
Ground ginger & garlic , 1 tbsp each
Whole cumin seeds , 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seed / jeera powder , 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder , 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Refined oil

(4)Khamen Mana da houba Khajing Bora / Pakoda fried on Eggplant or Brinjal leaves
Khamen mana , 14/ 16
Half slit Green chilli , 8/9
Chopped Chives , a handful
Mayangton / lemon basil , 1/2 handful
Besan/ gram or chana dal flour, 1 cup
Whole cumin seeds , 1/2 tsp
Jeera , chilli , coriander powder , 1/2 tsp each
Turmeric powder , a pinch
Salt as per taste
Baking soda , a pinch
Water as per requirements for medium consistency batter
Refined oil

(5) Chamfut/ Boiled Vegetables
Cucumber (1), carrot (1), French beans
