TV EYE - Alone

TV EYE - "Alone" is the first single from the upcoming second album of Tv Eye, and the first in cooperation with Croatia Records. Miran Kurspahić, who wrote the song, says: "This is my most intimate song so far. It was created in a turbulent period after the breakup and helped me to articulate and shape my feelings in a creative way and to overcome various life challenges set before me. The existential loneliness that we sometimes feel in this world is not only immanent in romantic relationships and that aspect of life, but also in general. Today's world, with the many advantages and benefits brought by modern technology, is experiencing increasing alienation, which manifests itself as a certain pandemic of loneliness, so we have a paradox. Being surrounded by many people and yet being alone. As I am an incorrigible optimist, through the song I still offer a way out and see light at the end of the tunnel, even though there may have been a wall there. Music truly heals, and I hope that this song will help at least someone else to feel less alone."
The video, which was shot in several locations, was directed by Sven Stefanović. He says about the video:
“Our story unfolds through the lens of loneliness, capturing the raw isolation our protagonist feels amidst a sea of people and faces.
Loneliness is a universal experience, but it is often misunderstood as mere loneliness. Through this music video, we seek to challenge this misconception, revealing the deep complexity of loneliness after lost love.
Our visual narrative juxtaposes the external environment of the protagonist; a busy, cluttered room teeming with life and activity—with its inner landscape of desolation.
Each frame is carefully crafted to convey a stark contrast between the outer facade of connectedness and the inner reality of profound isolation.
Through evocative cinematography and subtle nuances in the performance, we invite the audience to step into the shoes of our protagonist, experience the contrast between the presence of others and the overwhelming feeling of being completely alone.
My goal is to create a visual symphony that resonates with audiences on a deeply personal level, encouraging introspection and empathy. 'ALONE' is not just a music video, it is a cinematic journey that invites viewers to confront their own perception of loneliness and rediscover the beauty of vulnerability."
