Now that the U.S. is reportedly letting Ukraine use long-range weapons in Russia, will that become any game changer to ending the crisis?

3. Tuesday marks 1000 days since Russia launched offensives against Ukraine, with speculation that the North will send more of its soldiers to Russia.

5. But in the meantime, North Korea has resumed flying trash-carrying balloons to South Korea.
