My name is Ben “Thor” Richter, I’m the strategy coach for the Eu Contenders Team HSL eSports and I'd like to share my recent coaching project. I think that a lot of you guys will find great use in it regardless of your skill level.

I've been in the Overwatch coaching scene for a while and recently bundled up my macro and strategy knowledge in this piece of work. Especially with the introduction of hero bans I want to help teams breaking down the basic fundamentals in an easy to understand way.
I made a compendium called “Overwatch Macro fundamentals”. It includes concepts from all the 3 Playstyles (Brawl, Spam, Dive) for each Matchup, without any specific heroes, as well as Informations about Hybrid composition and the right tempo/pacing in Teamfights.

As the compendium is held as a presentation, it is very flexible. You can use it as the groundwork for a coaching session, but also look back at single topics if you want to refresh your mind.
