Sour grapes are unripe grapes that are very tangy and delicious. Every year when the sour grape season arrives, we make verjuice from this tangy and tasty fruit and use it in our dishes.
Today, I picked the small, seedless sour grapes and made Ghooreh Mosamma stew with them.
Alongside this delicious stew, I served Shirazi salad, which I had flavored with fresh verjuice.
You can make this dish with any kind of unripe, seedless grapes.

🔴Ingredients for 5 people:
2 Medium Onions
5 Pieces of Chicken
2 Cups Sour Grapes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
5 Small Eggplants
4 Tomatoes
Salt, Black Pepper Powder,
Cinnamon Powder, Turmeric Powder to taste
