TUXPAN “El Pueblo de la Fiesta Eterna” 4K | Jalisco 🇲🇽

El municipio de Tuxpan es uno de los ciento veintiocho municipios entre los que se divide el estado mexicano de Jalisco y se localiza en la región sur del estado.

Tuxpan ha sido nombrado como “El Pueblo de la Fiesta Eterna”, una denominación que se ha ganado a pulso y que es nuestro emblema ante el mundo. Las más de 80 festividades de índole religioso y sin contar aún las cívicas y civiles que hay en el año lo respaldan.

El nombre de Tuxpan se deriva de la palabra “Tochpan” que significa tierra de conejos, donde abundan los conejos, o lugar donde hay conejos.

The municipality of Tuxpan is one of the one hundred and twenty-eight municipalities in the Mexican state of Jalisco and is located in the southern region of the state.

Tuxpan has been named "El Pueblo de la Fiesta Eterna" (The Town of Eternal Festivities), a name it has earned and which is our emblem before the world. The more than 80 festivities of a religious nature and not counting the civic and civil ones that take place throughout the year support this.

The name Tuxpan is derived from the word "Tochpan" which means land of rabbits, where rabbits abound, or place where there are rabbits.
