4 egg yolks,
55g of bread flour (sifted),
3 tablespoons of milk,
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

3 egg whites,
50g of sugar,

100g of sugar,
2 tablespoons of water,

450ml of whipping cream
3 tablespoons of sugar.
