We’re minimising disruption for motorists and residents with our award-winning robotic technology CISBOT.

Since we first launched the robot in the UK in 2013, it’s travelled through 53km of pipe and repaired more than 15,500 joints.

By fixing gas pipes from the inside, we no longer need to dig long trenches along the road to make our repairs. What’s more, the robot can be used in our live gas main, meaning that we no longer need to turn gas supplies off while we’re making our repairs.
