In this video we explain how to install the headlights and taillights on a bicycle.
The process is relatively easy and normally does not require any tools.
First we install the headlight, which comes with a clamp/holder. The holder has to be installed sturdy and secure. It should not move around while riding your bicycle, causing unnecessary stress on the plastic components. Otherwise it is likely to break within a short amount of time!
Installing the taillight is usually very easy. Simply strap the light around the pole, secure it and align the light into the right direction.
Most headlights and taillights today come with rechargeable batteries. The batteries are charged via the small micro-USB ports, hidden behind rubber seals. Plug the charging cable into the lights' USB port and into the charging cube of your smartphone (iPhone or Android). A light on the lights will indicate if the batteries are still being charged or if the batteries are full charged. Depending on the size of the batterie, the charging process may take several hours.
