Riding the Galloping Goose Trail

Come along for a ride up one of Victoria, BCs most classic rides, the Galloping Goose Regional Trail. This 110km out & back route features access to many urban sights, as well as Matheson Lake, Sooke Potholes Provincial Park, and Kapoor Regional Park. This ride was during a record-setting heat wave, so what best to have mid-ride, but an epic river swim.
