In a recent incident, a school in Karnataka mired controversy for allowing to practice namaz in the classroom. According to the reports coming in from the Kolar district of Karnataka, the headmistress of the school gave permission to almost 20 students to practice Namaaz during the school hours that too in the classroom itself. Post this incident, some Hindu fringe of the same school complained about the religious act inside the educational department and also filed an FIR against the school. Now, the state education department has stepped into the matter and said that it would probe into the matter. A video of this incident is doing rounds on social media and erupting the controversy.
